For those who don't already know, at the beginning of each jam session,
the house band plays a set to get things going. This is that set.
Craig Tillman on harp and vocals, Don Evans on guitar, Greg Taylor
on bass, and Kenny Brooks on drums make up the Blues Mercenaries.
The room was Marita's Cantina in Ardmore, PA.

This CD was recorded by bassist Greg Taylor on his cassette walkman,
and transferred to the digital domain by guitarist Don Evans.
After a couple of audio nips and tucks it was burned to CD format,
and it was originally intended as a souvenir for the band.

Folks started asking for it, and Craig now sells it at gigs
to any one who needs their Mercenary fix at home.
It's kind of like your own bootleg!
